Data we collect

Enquiry forms collect name, email, optional topic, and message content. Enrolment may additionally require billing details and organisational affiliation. Technical logs may include IP address, browser type, and pages viewed when analytics cookies are accepted.

Purposes and lawful bases

We process enquiry data to respond to you (legitimate interests / steps prior to contract). We process enrolment data to deliver programmes and meet accounting duties (contract / legal obligation). Marketing emails, if any, rely on consent or soft opt-in where permitted under UK PECR rules.

Retention

Enquiry messages are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing conversation. Enrolment and invoice records are retained for six years to meet UK tax requirements. Analytics events are retained for 14 months in aggregate form where possible.
